Decoloris LLC ("Decoloris", "we") makes the Decoloris film-emulation plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. This policy describes what personal data we handle, and — mostly — what we deliberately do not.
The Decoloris plugin runs entirely on your computer. It transmits no data of any kind: no telemetry, no analytics, no usage reporting, no crash reporting, and no license "phone-home." License verification is performed offline against a license file stored on your machine. The software never sees, uploads, or retains your footage, projects, or rendered output.
Files you import into the plugin (such as LUT files) are copied into a local library folder on your computer (for example, Documents\Decoloris LUTs) and stay there, entirely locally, until you delete them from that folder. Nothing you import ever leaves your machine.
We use this data solely to deliver, license, and support the product. We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or use it to train any machine-learning system.
This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and embeds no third-party trackers. Our web host may keep standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and operational purposes.
The Decoloris Camera app runs entirely on your device and declares no internet access at all: it cannot transmit anything, by construction. It collects no data and contains no analytics, no ads, and no crash reporting.
The app accesses your camera and microphone to do its one job — taking photographs and recording video, which are written to your device's own photo library and nowhere else. If you turn on location tagging (off by default), your device's approximate position is written into the photograph's EXIF tags, on your device; nothing is sent anywhere. Decoloris LLC never receives, stores, or retains any of your photographs, recordings, audio, or location data. Your media stays on your device; deleting it deletes it.
The app's optional one-time purchase is handled entirely by Google Play, under Google's own terms and privacy policy; Decoloris LLC receives no payment details and no purchase data beyond Google Play's standard seller reporting.
We keep purchase records for as long as needed to honor your license (which is perpetual for the major version purchased) and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Support correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for supporting you.
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, and certain U.S. states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, e-mail support@decoloris.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If we ever change what the software or this site collects, we will update this policy first and note the new effective date above. The corresponding commitment in the software's license agreement changes before any such code ships.
