You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, for any reason.
To request a refund, e-mail support@decoloris.com from the address used at purchase, or use the refund option on the receipt issued by our merchant of record, Paddle. Refunds are processed by Paddle and issued to the original payment method, in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
The free trial is fully functional, has no time limit, and differs from the licensed version only in the watermark on rendered output. We ask that you evaluate Decoloris in trial mode before purchasing — it is the same software, and the best possible refund policy is knowing what you're buying.
Your purchase may be fulfilled in two steps: an initial license file, issued immediately at purchase and valid through the 14-day refund period, followed by your perpetual license file, issued automatically and at no additional charge once the refund period ends. You are fully licensed from the moment you buy — same software, no watermark, nothing further to do. The two-step delivery simply mirrors the refund window.
When a refund is issued, your license terminates: your initial license file simply lapses, the perpetual license file is never issued, and licensed use of the software ends. You may continue to use the free trial. The full terms are in the Decoloris End User License Agreement.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, withdrawal, or cancellation right you have by law.
Where the merchant of record's own refund policy is more generous than this one, the more generous terms apply.
